The General Conditions are concluded between, on the one hand, the company LUYOS SRL (VAT BE0782.580.954), whose head office is located at Rue de la Clef 8B Retinne, in Belgium, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” and, on the other hand, the person wishing to consult the Site and make a purchase, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.

The Customer and the Seller are hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Parties”. The Parties agree that their relations will be governed exclusively by the General Conditions, to the exclusion of all other conditions.

Any order for a Product or service offered on the Site requires prior consultation and express acceptance of the General Conditions by the Customer without this acceptance being conditioned by a handwritten signature on the part of the Customer.

In accordance with the legal provisions in force in Belgium relating to electronic signatures, the Seller may consider the customer's order through the methods proposed as constituting an electronic signature having the value of a handwritten signature with the contractual consequences that it implies.

 The Customer who orders a Product on the Site must have full legal capacity.

 The Seller reserves the right to modify the General Conditions, and will communicate the new version to Users via the Site.
