Return requirements for returnable items
Clothing: Items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered and have the original tags attached and the hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.
Shoes: Items must be returned in new, unworn and undamaged condition with the original branded boxes and all accessories. Shoes should only have been tried on on a soft, clean surface.
You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 15 calendar days from the day after the day of delivery of the goods or the conclusion of the service contract, without having to provide any particular reason, from the date of delivery of the last product in your order. The simplest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is to send us your request by email to [email protected]
From the intention expressed by the Customer to return all or part of his Order, he has a period of 10 calendar days to return the Products to the Seller. If this deadline is not respected, the Customer will forfeit their right of withdrawal and their order will be considered final.
2. The return to the Seller will be made to the following address Rue de la Clef 8b 4621 Retinne. The customer can opt for the delivery method of his choice, knowing that the costs and risks linked to the return of the package are his responsibility. , and must keep proof of shipment.

In the event of use by the Customer of his right of withdrawal, the Seller undertakes, after verification of the returned items, to issue a purchase voucher of a value equal to the Customer's purchase amount at the latest within Ten (10) calendar days from receipt of the return package by the Seller, excluding delivery costs.
4. This right of withdrawal will be refused if the Products delivered have clearly been used, soiled and/or damaged, or if they contain missing parts. The Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, with all their documents and accessories. If the returned items are not accepted due to the conditions indicated above, the products will be returned to him at his expense.
